Bharghav R (UHID: KABHK.0000265232), a 17-year-old boy from Hassan, Karnataka, is undergoing treatment at HCG KR Unit, Bangalore under the care of Dr. Nataraj K. S.
He has been diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a severe form of blood cancer. Bharghav is the only son of his parents. His father works in a small welding shop and is the sole earning member of the family.
Earlier, Bharghav was treated in another hospital where his parents spent everything they had—savings, loans, and credit—to meet the medical expenses. Unfortunately, the disease has relapsed, and now he requires multiple chemotherapy cycles followed by a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT). The cost of treatment is estimated to be around ₹25,00,000.
For a family with very limited income, this situation has become unbearable. They have exhausted all possible resources, and without support, continuing treatment will not be possible.
Bharghav is a bright young boy with dreams for his future, but cancer has put his life at risk. With timely help, he has a real chance to recover and lead a healthy life.
Your contribution can help Bharghav undergo the necessary treatment and give hope to his struggling parents. Every donation, big or small, will make a huge difference in his fight against cancer.
