D. Parwathamma, a 52-year-old woman from Bellary, has been diagnosed with Carcinoma Breast and is currently undergoing treatment under the guidance of Dr. Shekar Patil at HCG KR Unit, Bangalore.
Parwathamma comes from a humble farming family. Her husband and son are farmers, and their limited income is not enough to manage the heavy financial burden of cancer treatment. Doctors have advised 4 cycles of chemotherapy followed by surgery, and the total estimated treatment cost is approximately ₹7,40,000.
