Ayanuddin Sekh (KABHK.0000266273), a 4-year-old boy from West Bengal, has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and is currently undergoing treatment at HCG Cancer Hospital, Bangalore.
To beat this disease, Ayanuddin needs to undergo a total of 6 cycles of chemotherapy. The induction chemotherapy alone costs around ₹8 lakhs, and the remaining 5 cycles are estimated to cost another ₹12 lakhs – making the total treatment cost ₹20 lakhs.
Ayanuddin’s father, Mr. Manjuruddin Sekh, is a farmer and the sole earning member of the family. With very limited means, it is extremely difficult for them to manage such overwhelming medical expenses.
