Apoorva B S, a 14-year-old girl with bright dreams and a gentle smile, is currently battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). She is undergoing treatment at Bharat Hospital Mysore under the care of Dr. Sowmya J.
Her treatment involves multiple cycles of chemotherapy, and the total estimated cost is approximately ₹6 lakhs. For Apoorva’s family, this is an overwhelming burden. Her father, the sole breadwinner, works as a teacher in a small school, earning a minimal salary that barely meets their daily needs. Despite their best efforts, arranging funds for such an expensive treatment has become extremely challenging.
